Tadawul index gains 0.21%
Saudi Arabia: Riyadh's Tadawul All Share or Tasi Index gained 0.21%, closing at 6,062.35 points. The Kindom Holsing Company added 0.93% despite the Dubai's Emaar denying that any decision has been taken as yet if it will lead the constrution of a SR100bn-project called Kingdom City in Jeddah. Market bellwether Sabic outperformed the market slightly by adding 0.69%. The Saudi stock market has been trading sideways since May 10 around the level of 6,000 points, which usuually indicates an exhaustion in trading after a rally which pushed the Tasi index higher by 44% on a year-to-date basis.
