Kuwait sees fall in back-to-school sales
Kuwait: Kuwait’s major retail stores have reported lower sales figures from their back to school section than those of previous years, Al-Watan has reported. However, sales are expected to pick up with the gradual return to school of the intermediate and elementary stages next week, a Carrefour executive said. ‘Although the usual spike in sales will not happen this year, sales are gradually improving,’ he said.
