What You Will Do:
A key role of the AM is to ensure those customer requirements and expectations have been precisely identified and the organization meets or exceeds customer expectations. This position is a key element in the development of the targets in the organization’s strategic plan. Proper understanding of artificial lift business, providing technical and commercial support to the customers. Business development in new business disciplines that include but not limited to downhole chemical injection systems, specialty BP, PCP, software solutions and new rod grades/configuration. Understanding of customer requirements and rapidly demonstrate how combined-based solutions can be utilized to provide answers with costing, timing, and resources included in the technical and commercial proposals. Proper definition of material forecasts, based on planning and inventory of resources and terminated products to secure operation continuity. Control the sample collection, organization, and analysis, with the objective to provide solid feedback to the customer about ChampionX equipment failures. Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior. Understand the tendencies looking for bad actors, resolving complaints, and preventing additional issues by the recommendation of remedial and/or corrective actions oriented to improve the overall performance. Managing the customer database, defining any possible opportunities to enhance it. Defining the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), setting the business opportunities to achieve the AOP, and the maintaining the required margins with successful deliverables lead times. Defining and update the Key Performance Indicators for the relevant accounts. Strong participation in Continuous Improvement Projects as a leader or support team member. Establishing continuous bidirectional feedback between all the peers, especially to direct Supervisor and supervisees. Responsible for the Company Application Engineers development, coaching and performance evaluation, whenever requested and available. Build business cases and trials of new products; similarly, support the evaluation of current products and implementation of improvements considering the industry trends. Active participation as a Technical Advisor in technical workshops and training. Protect Company intellectual property, values, and integrity. Working closely with purchasing staff to establish supplier quality performance criteria and monitor supplier performance. Work with the Quality team in maintaining procedures relating to the relevant discipline, generating techniques, and managing quality control of the method. Achieve the DSO targets for the invoicing process. Initiate and work on technical publishments such as SPE papers. Travel to the field on unregular basis, as requested. Including but not limited to: DHP DIFA, Installation and/or POOH of ALS, VSDs commissioning. Stress the safety program and make sure that it is followed, by setting a good example and ensuring compliance with company safe work practices. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Position Details:
Involvement with ChampionX core business developing and maintaining a constant Company Expansion with proper adaptability to Customers’ needs and requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
B .Sc. Eng./BE/B.Tech. either in Petroleum or Mechanical engineering. 8 Years of experience in onshore oil projects. He shall have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in business establishment, operation, and maintenance. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (at least, but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) Excellent knowledge of simulations software’s related artificial lift systems, mainly RODSTAR and preferably, PC-Pump. Excellent knowledge of Rod Lift; additionally, basic knowledge on PCP, ESP, Gas Lift, and Jet Lift.
Preferred Qualifications*:
Basic to Medium Knowledge in Oil Reservoir Engineering. Efficient user of sales force, oracle and or SAP. Basic knowledge in ISO-9001, 14001, 45001.
