Job Description


Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas of the hotel to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.

Job Responsibility:
1. Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
2. Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
3. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms and common areas.
4. Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
5. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
6. Assist with laundry duties when needed.
7. Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a prompt and friendly manner.

Candidate Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
3. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products.
4. Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing tasks.
5. Good communication and customer service skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
