We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team . The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the facilities management industry in Oman and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts and agreements that align with company goals and objectives.
- Sales Forecasting: Monitor sales pipeline, track key performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales forecasts, achievements, and challenges.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and expand professional network.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry developments, market trends, and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the facilities management industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
