- Job Requirements and Skills:
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching the existing market.
- Attend seminars, conferences, and events would be mandatory.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers/Clients.
- Must have experience with different lead generation platforms .
- Meet with clients face to face or over the phone
- foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Understand the needs of your Clients and be able to respond effectively.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
- Expert in Proposal writing.
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
- Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Work with the team to achieve short and long-term revenue and profit growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's/MBA in business administration, marketing sales or relevant field
Proven working experience as a business development manager,
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Time management and planning skills
Job Details:
- Experience: 2 + years
- Work Timings: (9:00 A.M 6:00 PM)
- Work Days: Monday - Friday
- Location: Lahore
