Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team in Multan, Pakistan, or work remotely if exceptional. The Lead Generator will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by generating high-quality leads and managing the lead management system effectively. Collaborating closely with the Business Development team, the successful candidate will contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and ensure alignment with company offerings and target market.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to support the Business Development team's efforts.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of prospecting activities.
- Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage prospects effectively.
- Execute SMS marketing initiatives to reach and engage potential clients via mobile communication channels.
- Utilize WhatsApp marketing strategies to connect with leads and facilitate communication throughout the sales process.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, prospecting methods, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and tracking.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, SMS marketing tools, and WhatsApp business solutions.
