People is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multi-national client organizations across all HR functions.
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive for our Head Office in Lahore.
Job Role and Duties:
- Respond on user request/queries. Time commitment Knowledge transfer to users.
- Monitor/Manage user query respectively on daily basis. Double check the all-devices hardware parts running in normal state.
- Necessarily check and maintenance of network and non-shared devices to evade any discontinuity of user task.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2-4 years experience.
- Bachelor in computer science
- Troubleshooting
