An exciting opportunity is available for (Analyst, Planning) based in Dammam.


 Summary:


To perform production planning & dispatch activities. Keep strong coordination with sales & Marketing.


Keep strong coordination with Commercial.


 In this role, you will be responsible for:


1. receive the Sales Orders and meet delivery accordingly.


2. prepare machine Loading Chart for different machines weekly/monthly.


3. load the machines to their maximum capacity with minimum wastage and idle time.


4. respond to all queries initiated by the Sales/Marketing Department with necessary technical advice.


5. respond to all queries from pre-casting and other related Departments.


6. forecast the procurement of all packing material on the basis of the orders’ status.


7. go through Slitting Section, each day, to get firsthand information as a tool for effective follow-up.


8. prepare necessary reports for circulation to concerned Departments.


9. get feedback on the execution of planning for the previous day.


10. suggest changes/improvements from time to time that can go a long way in the improvement of system.


11. carry out any other assignment given from time to time.


12. keep updating the balance sheet of orders.


13. keep records of Sales Orders and amendments properly.


14. plan the grades and thickness changes on film lines.


15. prepare the film line Production order.


16. plan and stuff daily dispatch and give dispatch clearance to Dispatch department.


17. Responsible for planning and organizing the allocation of jobs for the next 48 hours to different machines to optimize the capacity.


Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree.
Minimum of 1 year experience with a bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years with a Diploma degree in the same field.


Knowledge & Skills Required:


  • Data Gathering, Analysis, and Reporting.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
