Job Description

1. Responsible for new acquisition campaign and the construction of new customer growth tools, mining growth space based on products and data, formulating growth strategies and marketing campaign to increase the scale of new users;

2.Participate in building products for growth and marketing tools , including formulating demand plans , monitoring data, tracking effects, etc. Coordinate resources of various departments such as product and R&D, and jointly realize product implementation.

3. Based on user data, proactively identify business problems and look for new opportunities for strategy optimization and construction of products and tools.Explore effctive subsidy strategies and user access strategies.

4.Be familiar with marketing strategies, be able to conduct industry analysis to find corresponding product operation methods, and continuously explore business growth paths and implementation.

5.Develop and execute the user operation strategies, based on user needs and user experience, gain insight into user characteristics in overseas target markets.
