About the HR Business Partner position

We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations for our construction projects and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.


Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management in construction industry. You will communicate with the Project Management and with functional heads to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.


Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.


HR Business Partner responsibilities are:
  • Overseeing HR activities


  • Informing personnels about the HR regulations/policies


  • Coordinating, with the Project Management and Functional Heads, the resources / project needs within the framework of the organization,


  • Coordinating and guaranteeing the HR processes and programs are correctly carried out around the company policies;


  • Manage labor relations and legal aspects for the entity,


  • Responsible for the data accuracy and integrity for the site HR Information Systems


  • Gathering information on hours worked for each employee in project site,


  • Calculating wages accurately, including overtime, deductions, bonuses, and allowances,


  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to payroll in Saudi Arabia,


  • Obtaining approval from upper management for payments when necessary,


  • Maintaining records of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information, etc.


  • Generating reports for upper management and finance department,


  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies,


  • Sourcing, screening, and initial interviewing potential candidates to assess their qualifications and scoring,


  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews, assessments, and other hiring-related activities,


  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS),


  • Generating regular reports and analytics on recruitment metrics for management review,


HR Business Partner requirements are:
  • Minimum 10 years of Experience in Human Resources functions in construction industry,


  • BA/BSc degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field,


  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Labor Laws and their application / governance,


  • Excellent management and organizational skills,


  • Excellent command of English,


  • Able to utilize the HR systems


  • Proficient with MS Office and Microsoft 365 Applications


  • Great problem-solving skills


  • Effective communication skills
