HR Recruitment Specialist - Female
Responsibilities:
▪ Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
▪ Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
▪ Posting job openings on various platforms and utilising social media for recruitment.
▪ Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
▪ Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
▪ Conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
▪ Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms.
▪ Maintaining accurate records of applicants and recruitment activities.
▪ Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
▪ Providing support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Skills:
▪ Strong understanding of HR principles and recruitment techniques
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
