Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all company documents, ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be familiar with document management systems, and be able to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create, update, and maintain documents, including contracts, invoices, and project plans.
  2. Ensure that all documents are properly categorized, indexed, and archived.
  3. Monitor document workflows to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
  4. Review and approve documents for release, ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry standards.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share relevant document information.
  6. Train employees on document management processes and systems.
  7. Perform regular audits to ensure document accuracy and integrity.
  8. Implement document version control and change management processes.
  9. Assist in the development and improvement of document management procedures and policies.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and security of all company documents.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
  2. Excellent knowledge of document management systems and software.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and within a team.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  7. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  8. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  10. High level of integrity and professionalism.
