Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality department, ensuring the highest level of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the hospitality department, including front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams.
- Ensure that all guest expectations are met and exceeded through consistent delivery of exceptional service.
- Train, motivate, and lead a team of hospitality staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.
- Manage guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring quality and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and control departmental expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new strategies and initiatives to enhance guest experiences.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management software.
