Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate agent with a commission-based salary structure, specializing in off-plan properties. The ideal candidate should also be fluent in English. As a real estate agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling off-plan properties, while earning a commission based on successful transactions. The ability to effectively communicate in English is crucial for interacting with clients and negotiating deals. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in the off-plan sector, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in buying and selling off-plan properties.
  2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on available off-plan properties to potential buyers.
  3. Guide clients through the entire process of purchasing or selling an off-plan property, including property viewings, negotiations, and contract signing.
  4. Build and maintain a strong network of potential buyers and sellers in the off-plan property market.
  5. Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to off-plan properties.
  6. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients, including price, payment plans, and contract terms.
  7. Coordinate with developers, lawyers, and other professionals involved in the off-plan property transactions.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  9. Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional contacts and knowledge within the off-plan property market.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote off-plan properties and attract potential buyers.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Prior experience as a real estate agent with a focus on off-plan properties.
  2. Proven track record of successfully closing off-plan property transactions.
  3. Excellent knowledge of the off-plan property market, including current market trends and upcoming projects.
  4. Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  5. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  6. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Proficient in using real estate CRM software and online property listing platforms.
  9. Professional and presentable appearance.
