Reconciliation Officer Dubai
Dubai, United Arab Emirates Teams – Business Performance / Hybrid / On-site We are currently looking for a meticulous and proactive Reconciliation Officer to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
+ Performing reconciliations of clients’ funds, bank accounts & payment providers on a daily basis.
+ Reconciliation of Platform equity and Payment method balances.
+ Resolve any discrepancies identified in an efficient and effective manner.
+ Reporting of the reconciliation findings.
+ Identifying weakness on the systems to avoid losses for the company.
+ Assist in other reconciliations and internal reporting as required.
+ Stay up to date with the general company’s policies and procedures.
+ Produce reconciliation of Client liability over assets on a daily and monthly basis.
+ Ability to identify errors and report any discrepancies in a timely manner.
+ Preparing various daily/weekly/monthly reports related to client’s funds and balances.
+ Investigating transactions and advice funding on corrections.
+ Adhere to corporate standards and procedures relating to reconciliation activities.
+ Liaise with other departments to investigate discrepancies.
+ Follow up and resolve tasks with other departments in the company.
+ Assist in the improvement of procedures and controls in the relevant fields.
Requirements:
+ Degree holder in Economics/ Finance/ Business/ Statistics or any other relevant field is a must
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in FOREX/CFDs industry is a must or at least years of
experience in a Finance, Banking, PSP position or any other relevant field will be considered as an advantage + Knowledge of Methodos Reconciliation System would be considered as an advantage
+ Excel experience & knowledge is a must (Vlookup/Pivot/countIf formulas)\
+ Strong Analytical skills
+ Excellent command of English (both verbal & written)
