Description
As a Corporate Finance Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and decision-making for our client's diverse portfolio of real estate projects. Responsibilities include:
Developing complex financial models from scratch to evaluate investment opportunities, feasibility studies, and project valuations.Conducting in-depth financial analysis, including cash flow projections, ROI assessments, and risk management strategies.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics.Leading fundraising initiatives, including debt and equity financing, to support project development and expansion.Preparing comprehensive investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.Providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize capital allocation and enhance overall financial performance.
Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
MBA, CA, or CFA qualification with a strong academic background in finance, accounting, or a related field.Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory, preferably within the real estate sector.Expertise in building sophisticated financial models from scratch, with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.A proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
