• To work as focal point for all RCM Activity.
• to Insure the implementation & Effectiveness of RCM recommendations and to update all analysis to achieve Reliability KPI's.
Facilitate the RCM team members for all RCM methodology related supports to achieve the meaningful results aligned with company objectives.
Providing RCM team members information like existing SAP failure data, Maintenance policies, PMP records. Static equipment
RCM quality reviews for the improvement of analyses tools and inserted data.
Communicate with for all requirements, feedbacks, KPIs and system improvements etc.
Insure the implementation of recommendations in SAP through Planner, Non SAP through related department Management / personnel.
Continuous improvement and induction of Reliability culture in the company through continuous monitoring of Reliability KPIs of company, Carrying out special tasks to improve / demonstrate / personnel orientation / Objective quantitative personnel surveys and raising training need with their coordination.
Prepare annual RCM reports, Monitor RCM effectiveness, sharing knowledge with other affiliates and getting benefits. And having more experience in static equipment..
• BS Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas/petrochemical/refinery plant's in maintenance of which major period of independent trouble shooting and technical solutions of Ammonia and Urea , Utility is required. Should be experienced to carry out the RCM analyses minimum as RCM member.
• Worked on SAP, MS Office and have good presentation skills.
• Should be well conversed with RCM analyses tools like Pareto, Growth, Weibul and should be able to utilize diversified data.
