Overview of the role:
The primary focus of this role is to support the sales objectives of the company through achieving the given sales targets. This role is responsible for providing first rate service to current and potential customers.
What you will do:
• Handle warranty claims and keeping the balance between company policies and customer satisfaction
• Prepare orders in the correct format keeping in mind the seasonality and lead time
• Promote merchandising and ensure our products are well placed at all outlets
• Maintain existing accounts and continuously looking for new customers to maintain and increase market share
• Be responsible for credit customer’s follow up of payments as per credit terms and conditions granted to the customers
• Achieve or exceed the allocated monthly sales targets
• Staying up to date with market trends

About the team:
In this role, you will be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
What equips you for the role:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Tire sales
• Fluent English (and Arabic is a plus)
• Proficient with MS Excel and SAP
• Valid Omani driver’s license
• Knowledge of Dealer Network Development
